Portrait Savings Membership Enrollment Agreement

This Portrait Savings Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the benefits, terms, and conditions of the Portrait Savings Membership. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following.

1. Membership Benefits

As an active Portrait Savings Member, you receive the following benefits for graduation and family portrait sessions only:

• Reduced booking fee
  Members pay a $50 booking fee (non-members pay $75).

• Studio credit savings plan (1:1 value)
  Monthly membership payments accumulate as studio credit at a 1:1 value, which may be used toward digital images, print packages, or upgrades.

• Priority booking access
  Members receive early access to available session dates before they are opened to the public.

• Locked-in membership pricing
  Membership pricing and benefits remain locked in while the membership is active.

• Extended gallery availability
  Member galleries may remain available longer than non-member galleries.

• Optional use of credit
  Studio credit is optional. Members may always choose to purchase images and products directly from their online gallery.

• Membership completion thank-you
  Upon completing the full 12-month membership term, members will receive one (1) or two (2) 8×10 professional prints as a thank-you for their membership. Print selection is chosen by the studio and has no cash value.

All benefits are available only while the membership is active and in good standing.

2. Membership Overview

The Portrait Savings Membership is a monthly membership created for graduation and family portrait sessions only. The membership provides a reduced booking fee and allows members to save monthly as studio credit that may be applied toward digital images, print packages, or upgrades.

This membership does not include free photography sessions or products.

3. Membership Cost & Commitment

• Membership fee: $10 per month

• Minimum commitment: 12 months

• Payments are billed automatically on a monthly basis.

• All membership payments are non-refundable.

Early cancellation does not eliminate the commitment terms outlined in this agreement.

4. Booking Fees

• Members receive a reduced booking fee of $50 for graduation and family portrait sessions.

• Non-member booking fee is $75.

• The booking fee:

  • Secures the session date and time

  • Is required to schedule a session

  • Is non-refundable

• Booking fees are separate from studio credit and are not waived by the membership.

5. Studio Credit (1:1 Value)

• Monthly membership payments accumulate as studio credit at a 1:1 value (one dollar paid equals one dollar in studio credit).

• Studio credit may be applied toward:

  • Digital image packages

  • Print packages

  • Product upgrades

• Studio credit:

  • Has no cash value

  • Is non-refundable

  • Is non-transferable

  • Cannot be exchanged for money

Studio credit is optional. Members may always choose to purchase images and products directly from their online gallery without using credit.

6. Minimum Credit to Book

• A minimum of $60 in studio credit is required to be eligible to schedule a session as a member.

• Meeting the minimum credit requirement does not replace the booking fee.

7. Purchasing Additional Credit

• Active members may purchase additional studio credit at any time.

• Purchased credit follows the same rules as earned credit.

• Additional credit does not replace membership payments or booking fees.

8. Location Fees & Additional Costs

• If a selected session location requires a permit, access fee, or usage fee, the client is responsible for covering:

  • The photographer’s entry or permit fee

  • Any required fees for assistants or helpers accompanying the photographer

• Location fees are separate from booking fees, studio credit, and membership payments.

• Location fees must be paid in full prior to the session.

9. Assistant / Helper Clause

• The photographer may occasionally bring a helper or assistant to a session at their discretion.

• A helper is not guaranteed for every session.

• The presence of a helper does not change pricing, image delivery, or session length.

10. Scheduling, Priority Booking & Final Authority

• Membership includes priority booking access, meaning members may receive earlier access to available session dates.

• Priority booking does not guarantee specific dates, times, or locations.

• The photographer retains final authority over:

  • Session dates and times

  • Approved locations

  • Scheduling logistics

All sessions are subject to availability, weather, lighting conditions, and the photographer’s professional judgment.

11. Credit Expiration

• Studio credit expires 24 months from the date it is earned or purchased.

• Expired credit is forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

12. Cancellation & Termination

• The Portrait Savings Membership requires a 12-month commitment.

• If a member cancels early:

  • Monthly billing will stop

  • Earned studio credit remains available for use

  • Membership benefits, including the reduced booking fee and priority booking access, will end

• No refunds will be issued for payments already made.

The studio reserves the right to terminate membership benefits for abuse, policy violations, or non-payment.

13. Non-Transferability

• Membership benefits and studio credit are non-transferable.

• Memberships may not be shared, sold, or transferred to another individual.

14. Agreement Acknowledgment

By enrolling in the Portrait Savings Membership, you acknowledge and agree that:

• This is a 12-month commitment

• No free sessions are included

• Booking fees and studio credit are separate

• Studio credit is earned at a 1:1 value

• Location fees are the client’s responsibility when applicable

• Scheduling and locations are subject to photographer approval

• The membership completion print is a courtesy thank-you and has no cash value
